Ayurveda Known as a divine therapy. A natural life science deals with the herbs, minerals and some basic principles like, Tridosha, Panchamahabhuta etc. Acharya Charaka, Sushruta, Vagbhata and Vengasena and many others are known ancient scientists, who has written Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita and Astangh Samhita like devine Teekas (Samhitas). Ayurveda not only dealing with the life science but some other concepts like Adhyatma and Yoga are mentioned in these books. Astanga Ayurveda are the eight parts of Ayurveda like Kaya Chikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya , Bal Roga, Bhoot Vidya, Rasayana and Vajjikarna etc. These original books written in the holy language Sanskrit. now a days their english translation are available. Panchakarma is a branch of medicine dealing with the Detoxification process for the body and the only part of ayurveda, which is used for the treatment of Asadya disease.
